We are looking to create a new position for a customer service and public relations person for our multi-residential, commercial and recreational properties. This exciting opportunity will appeal to an experienced highly motivated and results-oriented person. This entry position will gradually groom the individual to take on more responsibility.
You possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, ensuring your ability to represent the company and our properties in a professional manner. You are also a dynamic person with team spirit and are committed to delivering customer quality service.
Principle Responsibilities
Meet tenants and answer their telephone and correspondence inquiries;
Make regular inspections for property and vacant apartments making them ready for new tenants;
Help establish a maintenance preventive program for occupied apartments;
Prepare all related (above) work orders on new maintenance computerized system and send them electronically to maintenance manager;
Receive electronically the completed work order from maintenance manager ;
Contact tenants after work completed;
Progressively take charge of present contract with Honeywell covering preventive regular maintenance of all our mechanical and air conditioning systems;
Follow-up on all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems;
Electrical preventative and maintenance, plumbing, fire prevention, elevators, etc.;
Supervise landscaping and snow removal;
Supervise any lease-hold improvement for Commercial Tenants;
Supervise pools;
Prepare all statistics resulting from above;
Any other related duties referred by manager.
Job Specifications
Experience in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, maintenance repairs and cleaning will be an asset;
Experience in residential/commercial real estate or hotel industry will be an asset;
Written and communication abilities in both French and English;
Excellent public relations skills ;
Computer skills, ability to work in a computer environment;
Ability to multi-task ;
Detail oriented.
